No. You can check out as a guest, but a free trade account saves your addresses, stores your invoices and lets you reorder in two taps.

What is the minimum order?

There is no minimum order value. Free delivery starts at £250 ex VAT to UK mainland addresses.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are picked the same day. Standard delivery is 2–3 working days; next working day before 12pm is available at checkout.

Which areas do you deliver to?

England, Wales and mainland Scotland. Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland are quoted separately — contact the trade team.

How is VAT handled?

Every product shows its VAT rate. Confectionery, crisps and soft drinks are standard-rated at 20%; most biscuits, cakes and grocery staples are zero-rated. A full VAT invoice is issued with every order.

How can I pay?

Every order is paid online at checkout: card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna or Shop Pay. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Can I collect from the depot?

Yes. Choose collection at checkout and pick up from Office No 8390, 321-323 High Road, Chadwell Heath, Romford, RM6 6AX, Monday to Saturday.
