Trade sales only
Products on this site are sold to businesses for resale or business use. By ordering you confirm you are acting in the course of a business.
Pricing and VAT
Prices are shown per case excluding VAT unless stated. VAT is applied at the rate shown against each product and itemised on your invoice. Prices may change without notice; the price at checkout applies.
Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may reject an order where stock, credit or delivery constraints apply.
Delivery
Standard delivery is 2–3 working days to UK mainland; next working day is available at extra cost. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed times. Risk passes on delivery or collection.
Free delivery threshold
Orders of £250 or more excluding VAT qualify for free UK mainland delivery. Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland are quoted separately.
Payment
All orders are paid online at checkout by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna or Shop Pay, processed securely through Stripe and the relevant provider. We do not accept cash on delivery, cash or manual payment. Orders are only confirmed once the payment provider approves the payment.
Shortages and damages
Report shortages or damaged stock within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will credit or replace verified claims.
Returns
Unopened, in-date cases in resaleable condition may be returned within 14 days by arrangement. Chilled, clearance and short-dated lines are non-returnable.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the invoice value of that order. Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
